PETER GLANCY

Chief Executive Officer & Director

Peter is the CEO of Contagious Gaming. He has over 20 years of experience in the gaming sector, including a wealth of experience in the sports media sector. He is the co- creator of the gaming format called Goal Time, a first live in play sports lottery for sporting events. Prior to founding Contagious Sports Ltd, a subsidiary of Contagious Gaming Inc. Peter created the Virtual Football gaming format known as The Fantastic League. He was the Managing Director of a technology developer to the gaming industry and was responsible for new initiatives, including sales marketing and leading a team based in Malaga, London, Barcelona and New York.

SEAN YEOMANS

President & Director

Sean has a strong background in content production with over 18 years of experience in gaming, new media, and animation projects. He was the President and Founder of Telos Entertainment Inc. (predecessor to Contagious Gaming Inc.) which was among the first developers to pursue the emerging US Instant iLottery development market. Sean is the recipient of several awards including a Gemini Award, Premier’s Entrepreneurship of the Year Award and a National Research Council‘s Canadian Innovation Leader Certificate.

CRAIG LOVEROCK

Chief Financial Officer

Craig Loverock is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in accounting and finance roles in Canada, the United States, and England. From October 2014 until May 2015, he served as the CFO of VoiceTrust Inc.  From November 2012 until October 2014, Mr. Loverock served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Quartz Capital Group Ltd. From January 2010 until November 2012, he provided CFO consulting services to a number of high-growth businesses. Mr. Loverock served as the Senior Financial Advisor to the Chairman at Magna International from August 2007 to January 2010. Mr. Loverock received his B.Comm (Hons) from Carleton University in 1994 and received his Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ontario in 1997.

CHARLES SHIN

Chairman

In addition to his role as Chairman, Charles is the founder and Managing Partner for Gulfstream Capital Corp., a merchant bank focused on advising and investing in diversified growth companies. Prior to forming Gulfstream, he spent 14 years as an investment banker, most recently with Canaccord Genuity as a Managing Director in the Canadian Investment Banking group. During his 7 year tenure at Canaccord Genuity, Charles focused on building the firm’s Diversified Industries practice and later took on the responsibility for initially building the firm’s Asia investment banking practice.

DESMOND BALAKRISHNAN

Director

Desmond is a lawyer and is a partner at the Vancouver office of McMillan LLP, since 2004. His areas of practice focus on mergers, acquisitions, listed company maintenance, international public listings, gaming and entertainment law. He graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts and from the University of Alberta in 1997 with an LL.B (with distinction) and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1998. He is a member of the Vancouver Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the International Masters of Gaming Law.

VICTOR WELLS

Director

Victor has over 22 years of experience with public companies in corporate finance, most recently as CFO for Chemtrade Logistics (TSX: CHE.UN) from July 2001 to April 2006. Mr. Wells currently sits on the board of directors of Student Transportation Inc. (TSX: STB) and Unique Broadband Systems Inc. (TSX-V: UBS).  Mr. Wells has been a former director of MagIndustries Corp (TSX: MAA), GT Canada Medical Properties REIT (acquired by TSX-V: MOB.UN), Northstar Healthcare Inc. (TSX: NHC), TriNorth Capital Inc. (TSX-V: TRT) and Canada Cartage Income Fund (TSX: TRK.UN).
