MANISH GRIGO
Chief Executive Officer
Manish is the CEO of Contagious Gaming. He has over 12 years’ experience in the capital markets as a research analyst covering gaming, technology and special situations with Toll Cross Securities and Global Maxfin. As an equity research analyst, he covered leading gaming companies Amaya, Entertain, NYX, among others in his coverage group. In addition to his time spent in the capital markets, Manish has served as a consultant since 2017 advising companies both from a strategic and capital markets perspective across Gaming, Esports, FinTech and Technology sectors.
CRAIG LOVEROCK
Chief Financial Officer
Craig Loverock is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in accounting and finance roles in Canada, the United States, and England. From October 2014 until May 2015, he served as the CFO of VoiceTrust Inc. From November 2012 until October 2014, Mr. Loverock served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Quartz Capital Group Ltd. From January 2010 until November 2012, he provided CFO consulting services to a number of high-growth businesses. Mr. Loverock served as the Senior Financial Advisor to the Chairman at Magna International from August 2007 to January 2010. Mr. Loverock received his B.Comm (Hons) from Carleton University in 1994 and received his Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ontario in 1997.

Desmond is a lawyer and is a partner at the Vancouver office of McMillan LLP, since 2004. His areas of practice focus on mergers, acquisitions, listed company maintenance, international public listings, gaming and entertainment law. He graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts and from the University of Alberta in 1997 with an LL.B (with distinction) and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1998. He is a member of the Vancouver Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the International Masters of Gaming Law.
VICTOR WELLS
Director
Victor has over 22 years of experience with public companies in corporate finance, most recently as CFO for Chemtrade Logistics (TSX: CHE.UN) from July 2001 to April 2006. Mr. Wells currently sits on the board of directors of Student Transportation Inc. (TSX: STB) and Unique Broadband Systems Inc. (TSX-V: UBS). Mr. Wells has been a former director of MagIndustries Corp (TSX: MAA), GT Canada Medical Properties REIT (acquired by TSX-V: MOB.UN), Northstar Healthcare Inc. (TSX: NHC), TriNorth Capital Inc. (TSX-V: TRT) and Canada Cartage Income Fund (TSX: TRK.UN).
